

Once you have decided on which property you wish to rent, you, the tenants, need to fill in application forms and an administration charge of £50.00 each is required for this. This charge is not refundable.
We also have six months as a minimum for our contract duration. We only deal in Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Proof of identification such as a drivers licence or other photo ID must be given before any contract is signed and therefore prior to any of you moving into a property.
Properties are only secured when you and your co-sharers, if applicable, have been referenced, a month’s rent and bond have been paid in cleared funds (cash or bankers draft) and all parties have signed a contract. You will be expected to pay your rent by standing order. Please note we do not accept housing benefit.
Please note that all of our properties are non-smoking environments and we must have written permission from your landlord in writing in order for you to keep a pet.
It is in everyone's interest to have regular property inspections and we will inspect the property every two months.
