
As a family-run business, most of the general maintenance of the houses is done by father and son team Keith and James, including electricity, joinery, plumbing, and roof repairs.
The work is carried out promptly and professionally, keeping costs down for tenant and landlord alike.

Cleaning
Our cleaning team started out at about the same time as us, and always carry out a very professional job.

Gardener
Working once every two weeks, our gardener maintains the gardens on all of our properties. Duties include the maintenance of gardens, trees, and general upkeep.

Window Cleaner
Working once a month, our window cleaner maintains all the houses and provides an excellent service. He uses water-fed poles, meaning no ladders are required.

Plumber
Our plumber attends to our yearly Corgi checks and general maintenance. He is also on 24-hour call out should any problems arise.
