The houses we manage are mostly 3 and 4 bedroom with modern decor, to suit the young professional market. We are always on the lookout for properties to renovate in the LS6 area, so please contact us if you have a property that would interest us.
We have a large number of properties on our books, and a tenancy and landlord waiting list. We are looking into offering some new packages for our landlords that will give to the tenant everything they need from washing machines to toilet roll. We are now in a position to look for shop premises and hope to take on some more employees.
Ownership
McMason Properties is a limited company, and is owned by Keith Mason and Amanda McAteer Mason, both of whom hold a 50% share.
